titleOfInvention Compound for organic electroluminescence element and organic electroluminescence element
abstract The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence element (organic EL element) which improves the luminous efficiency of the element, sufficiently ensures driving stability, and has a simple structure, and a compound for an organic EL element used therefor. This organic EL element is an organic electroluminescent element having a light emitting layer between an anode and a cathode laminated on a substrate, and the light emitting layer contains a phosphorescent dopant and an indolocarbazole derivative as a host material. As an indolocarbazole compound, the compound represented by following formula (3) can be illustrated. In addition, Ar represents an aromatic group, and L represents a direct bond or an aromatic group.
