titleOfInvention Cationic polymer and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a cationic polymer and a preparation method and application of the cationic polymer. The cationic polymer has a structure shown by the formula I. Through Huisgen-1,3 dipolar cycloaddition between a di-alkynyl monomer and a di-azide monomer, a linear cationic polymer of which R is hydrogen is prepared; further, side chain modification can be performed on the linear cationic polymer, and a side-chain amidogen can be introduced to the position of an R group to obtain a comb-like cationic polymer. The linear and comb-like cationic polymers can be used as genetic carriers to form a complex with DNA or siRNA, and the complex is applied to gene therapy.
