titleOfInvention Coupling method for preparing 3,4-dimethoxymethylbenzene
abstract The invention provides a coupling method for preparing 3,4-dimethoxymethylbenzene by using methyl alcohol as a raw material. The method adopts methyl alcohol and 4-methylguaiacol as raw materials and comprises: a step of bromomethane preparation, which is to react absolute methanol alcohol and hydrobromic acid in the presence of a mesoporous molecular sieve at the temperature of 150 to 450 DEG C; a step of 4-methylguaiacol alkalization, which is to alkalify the 4-methylguaiacol by using the aqueous solution of inorganic base; and a step of 3,4-dimethoxymethylbenzene preparation, which is to heat the solution of alkalified 4-methylguaiacol to 60 to 150 DEG C with stirring, introduce the prepared bromomethane into solution, react for 0.5 to 10 hours, cool the reaction liquid after the reaction, directly separate the cooled product by cooling and obtain the 3,4-dimethoxymethylbenzene. The coupling method for preparing the 3,4-dimethoxymethylbenzene provided in the invention has high object product selectivity and high yield, and the methanol raw material is widely and readily available. Besides, the method is simple and low in cost and has a good application prospect.
