| abstract | The invention provides a rapid installation process of resin anchor bar and a device thereof, wherein the process and the device are suitable for supporting the wall rock of coal roadway construction. The installation process comprises pre-constructing a hole of anchor bar, inserting a hollow resin injection anchor bar which is equipped with a resin blocking ring into the hole of anchor bar, injecting resin by using a special pneumatic resin gun, entering the resin from the hole which is disposed on the centre of the resin injection anchor bar into anchored end of the anchor bar by means of the effect of air injection, then entering the resin into the space between the anchor bar and the drilled wall hole by means of the shunting holes which are arranged on the anchored end, and rapidly filling the space of the anchored end by the action of the resin blocking ring. The device comprises a special pneumatic resin gun, a hollow resin injection anchor bar of which the front end part is provided with a plurality dividing holes, and a resin blocking ring, wherein the pneumatic resin gun is connected to the hollow resin injection anchor bar by means of a connection valve so as to injecting resin. The rapid installation process of resin anchor bar and device thereof provided by the invention has the advantages that the difficulty for installing a resin anchor bar under the existing process technology and device can be reduced, the special installation machine with large torque and large thrust is prevented, the anchorage length of the anchor bar is determined according to the requirements of the site, the installation is fast, the construction quality is high and the supporting effect is good. |
