titleOfInvention | Environmentally-friendly medium oily ball pen ink |
abstract | The invention relates to ball pen writing ink, in particular to environmentally-friendly medium oily ball pen ink with ultralow viscosity. The ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 30 percent of alcohol-soluble dye, 45 to 55 percent of mixed solvent, 15 to 20 percent of anti-sagging resin, 2 percent of PH adjustor and 5 percent of active thinner. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the fluidity of the ink is improved by greatly reducing the kinematic viscosity of the ink so as to improve the writing fluency; and meanwhile, novel environment-friendly raw materials are adopted so that the prepared product meets the latest international ISO 787/9 and EN71-9 environmentally-friendly standards. |
