titleOfInvention 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene) di(benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid) and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene) di(benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid), which has a chemical structural formula as shown in the specification. A preparation method of the 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene) di(benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid) comprises the following steps: dissolving 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid into non-proton polar solvent; heating the mixture to certain temperature through oil bath; dropwise adding the non-proton polar solvent solution of terephthalaldehyde, and stirring for a certain time after finishing the dropping; adding oxidant into a reaction system, and continually stirring the mixture and reacting for a certain time; and adding the reaction liquid into ethanol; and filtering, drying to obtain light brown solid, namely the 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene) di(benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid). The non-proton polar solvent is selected from one or more of tetrahydrofuran, acetonitrile, N-pyrrolidone extraction N, N,N-dimethylformamide, and dimethylsulfoxide; the oxidant is selected from one or more of cerium ammonirm nitrate, oxyful, ferric trichloride, cupric acetate, oxalic acid iodobenzene, air, oxygen, benzoquinone, dichloro dicyan benzoquinone, 3-nitro-4-aminobenzoic acid and 3-amino-4-nitrobenzoic acid. The invention also relates to application of the 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene) di(benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid) in the preparation of antineoplastic agents.
