titleOfInvention Application of cell cycle checkpoint regulatory protein for detecting protein molecule marker of hepatocellular carcinoma
abstract The invention provides an application of a cell cycle checkpoint regulatory protein. The cell cycle checkpoint regulatory protein provided by the invention is Phospho-Rad9A-S387, and the Phospho-Rad9A-S387 is used for detecting a protein molecule marker of hepatocellular carcinoma. The Phospho-Rad9A-S387 has an obvious differential expression in cells of the hepatocellular carcinoma and cells adjacent to the hepatocellular carcinoma, and therefore, whether a patient has the hepatocellular carcinoma can be detected according to the expression quantity of the Phospho-Rad9A-S387 in hepatic cells.
