titleOfInvention | Multifunctional lubricating grease and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of lubricating grease, in particular to a multifunctional lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof. The product is a composition consisting of the following components in percentage by mass: 25 to 55 percent of overbased calcium sulfonate, 0.5 to 8 percent of low-molecular-weight organic acid, 3 to 8 percent of water, 0.5 to 3 percent of lime, 0.5 to 3 percent of fatty acid, 0.1 to 3 percent of ester, 0.1 to 1.5 percent of boric acid, 0.3 to 3 percent of titanium dioxide and the balance of base oil. The conventional soap base grease with dropping point is changed into the grease without dropping point, so that the highest service temperature of the soap base grease is improved from below 240 DEG C to 400-500 DEG C, and the defect that the non-soap base grease has low pumping property and is easy to block a pipeline is overcome. |
