Isocyanate terminated prepolymer as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to the field of polyurethane, in particular to an isocyanate terminated prepolymer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The isocyanate terminated prepolymer which is suitable for preparing flexible polyurethane foams under a condition of low mold temperature is obtained by selecting reaction components and the proportions thereof for preparing the isocyanate terminated prepolymer. When being used for preparing the flexible polyurethane foams, the isocyanate terminated prepolymer is capable of using lower mold temperature, reducing energy consumption and shortening demolding time, and the prepared soft flexible polyurethane foams have better physical and mechanical properties. |
