titleOfInvention | Method for lowering plant lignin content by genetic transformation |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for lowering plant lignin content by genetic transformation. The method utilizes gibberellin oxidase gene AtGA2o*8 in Arabidopsis to build the plant composition type overexpression vector of the gene, and conversion plant is subject to resistance screening and RT-PCR appraisal to obtain transgenic plant of which the lignin content is lowered. The measurement of lignin content and the chemical developing analysis of tissues show that the method can obviously lower the plant lignin content, and the invention provides a new path for plant verities of which the lignin content is lowered. |
