abstract The invention discloses a method for quantitatively analyzing the interaction between proteins and applications thereof. The method comprises the following steps: expressing Fluc and Rluc as well as a target protein X and a predicted protein Y the interaction of which are quantitatively analyzed in a fusion manner; accurately quantifying the quantity of mutually interacted proteins by DLR after combining and purifying fusion protein Fluc-X and Fluc-Y; accurately quantifying the total amount of expressed proteins; and quantifying the ratio of the number of molecule between the mutually interacted proteins. The method for quantitatively analyzing the interaction between proteins of the invention can rapidly, sensitively, simply, conveniently and quantitatively analyze the interaction between proteins, has higher actual application value, and has wide application prospect in the fields of biology, medicine and chemistry.
