Humanized anti-C5aR antibody |
abstract |
The present invention relates to humanized antibodies that bind to the human C5a receptor and their use as therapeutic and diagnostic agents. The present invention further relates to nucleic acid sequences encoding said humanized antibodies, and their expression in recombinant host cells. In particular, the present invention relates to humanized antibodies derived from the mouse antibody 7F3 that specifically binds to the human C5a receptor. |
