titleOfInvention | Continuous sterilization method and device for edible fungus bag and bagged aqueous material |
abstract | The invention discloses a continuous sterilization method and a continuous sterilization device for an edible fungus bag and a bagged aqueous material. The device consists of a sleeve conveying system, a microwave heating system, a cooling system and an automatic control system. A sleeve filled with the edible fungus bag or the bagged aqueous material is pushed into a conveying pipe by adopting a pressure push rod in the device, the sleeve is jacked in front of a bag outlet of the device by using the pressure push rod, the edible fungus bag or the bagged aqueous material in the conveying pipe is heated by using microwave, and a steam pressure interval of 0.1 to 0.4Mpa is formed in the conveying pipe so that the edible fungus bag or the bagged aqueous material is heated to between 120 and 140 DEG C in short time; therefore, the sterilization treatment of the edible fungus bag and the bagged aqueous material is quickly implemented. |
