abstract | The invention discloses sugarless Chinese medicinal oral liquid and a preparation method thereof. Every 1,000 milliliters of oral liquid contains 1 to 20 grams of ginseng fruit saponin and 100 to 700 grams of sweetener. One or more of a pH value regulator, an aromatizer, a preservative, essence, a coloring agent and the like also can be rationally added. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving ginseng fruit saponin powder with ethanol to prepare the ethanol solution of ginseng fruit saponin; (2) performing cold storage for 6 to 48 hours, performing filtration and adjusting the alcohol content of filtrate to be 10 to 90 percent; (3) performing the cold storage for 6 to 24 hours, performing the filtration, recycling the ethanol from the filtrate until the filtrate does not taste alcohol, adding water for dissolution, and performing heating and boiling until complete dissolution to obtain settled solution; and (4) performing the cold storage for 6 to 24 hours, performing the filtration, adding the sweetener into the filtrate until the sweetener is completely dissolved, adding the water to a given amount, and performing sub-packaging to obtain the Chinese medicinal oral liquid. One or more of the pH value regulator, the preservative, the essence and the coloring agent can be rationally added. |
