The present invention relates to a method for fermenting natural materials with salt and fermented extracts prepared therefrom. More particularly, the disclosed method comprises: adding the predetermined amount of salts to the natural materials such as oriental medicines and cereals and then naturally fermenting the above materials; and extracting the mixture in solvent. Accordingly, the invention can remove bad smells and prevent the growth of various germs such as putrefactive bacteria, Escherichia coli, and anaerobic bacteria which are harmful to the human body. Also, the method has fewer side effects and is safer than conventional fermentation methods. |
