titleOfInvention Induced layer material for weak epitaxial growth thin film of non-planar metal phthalocyanin
abstract The invention relates to an induced layer material for a weak epitaxial growth thin film of non-planar metal phthalocyanin, which is characterized in that in the induced layer material, benzene rings in the middle of sexiphenyl are replaced by conjugated aromatic groups, and hydrogen atoms on benzene rings at both ends of the sexiphenyl are replaced by fluorine atoms, so the mutual effect among molecules is regulated by changing the size or linear degree of the conjugated aromatic groups and the polarity of the benzene rings at both ends. Therefore, the cell parameters of crystal faces of the conjugated aromatic groups (001) are different from those of the crystal face of the sexiphenyl (001) so as to achieve the effect of inducing the weak epitaxial growth of the non-planar metal phthalocyanin.
