abstract The invention provides a gel coating suite capable of preventing adverse events such as wound infection, and the like after an eye surgery, comprising: a fluid component in a buffer solution which includes lysine, polylysine or polyethyleneglycol multi-branch isomer and has a pH value between 3 and 12 in a first container; and a solid component of a group formed by polytrimethylene carbonate, polylactic acid, polyethyleneglycol, polyethyleneglycol multi-branch isomer, glutin, polyurethane, gelatin, polyphosphate ester, polyglycolic acid, as well as copolymer and blend thereof in a second container. When the fluid component and the solid component are mixed, the gel is formed and directly coated to the parts for preventing the infection and the leakage after the eye surgery.
