titleOfInvention | Method for composing butyl acetate |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for composing butyl acetate. The method comprises the following steps of: homodromous continuously passing liquid acetic acid and C4 olefin through three fixed bed reactors, wherein 20 to 50w% of C4 olefin is mixed with the acetic acid and then sent to 1# and 2# reactors and the other C4 olefin is mixed with the resultant from the 1# and 2# reactors and then sent to 3# reactor, using small part of resultant from the 3# reactor as the feeding material of a primary rectifying tower 4, recycling the other into an entry of the 3# reactor with a recycle ratio of 1 to 10, and using macroporous strongly acid cation exchange resin as the catalyst required by the reaction, wherein the materials are externally preheated, the reaction temperature is controlled in a range of 60 to 100 DEG C through sleeved cooling water, the feeding speed of acetic acid is 0.5-2h-1, the reaction pressure of the fixed bed is controlled in a range of 0.5 to 5 MPa and the reaction conversion rate of acetic acid is 65 to 90%. |
