abstract The invention provides a preparation method of 2-nitryl-5-substituent-1,4-p-phenylenediamine, comprising the following steps of: preparing N1,N4-difluoro(trifluoroacetyl group)-2-substituent p-phenylenediamine II through chemical reaction by taking 2-substituent-1,4-p-phenylenediamine sulfate I as a reaction starting material; preparing N1,N4-difluoro(trifluoroacetyl group)-2-nitryl-5-substituent p-phenylenediamine III under the action of concentrated nitric acid through the II; and finally depriving a protective group to obtain a target product, i.e. the 2-nitryl-5-substituent-1,4-p-phenylenediamine IV, under the action of a weak base through the III. The method for preparing the 2-nitryl-5-substituent-1,4-p-phenylenediamine saves the using amount of the concentrated nitric acid without generating waste acids, is environmental-friendly, achieves the productivity by 50-60 percent and amplifies the reaction.
