titleOfInvention Method for preparing m-diphenyl acetic acid derivative
abstract The invention provides a new method for preparing an m-diphenyl acetic acid derivative. The method comprises the following steps of: performing a nucleophilic substitution reaction on a compound 1 serving as a raw material and a malonic ester 2 under the action of alkali Y1 so as to obtain a compound 3; and reacting the compound 3 with acid Y2 so as to obtain a final m-diphenyl acetic acid derivative 4. The method has the advantages of readily available raw materials, capability of avoiding the use of a highly toxic reagent needed for synthesizing a phenylacetic acid derivative in the conventional method, short route, simple operation and suitability for industrialized mass production.
