Tubular flow reactor and method for producing resin particle using the same |
abstract |
The invention provides a tubular flow reactor and a method for producing resin particle using the same. The tubular flow reactor can maintain the piston type flow ability, promote uniform reaction prevent gross particles from being mixed into, and can obtain the uniform resin particles with narrow particle size distribution and molecular weight distribution, even using a mixing blade. Tubular flow reactor comprises a mixing blade, and is characterized in that the flow path is cylindrical shaped. Wherein the tubular flow reactor satisfy the following requirements: t<2C and t/2C<A/C<=1, provided that C is a radius of the mixing shaft, t is a thickness of the mixing blade; A is a distance between a mixing blade plane B located at a forward position in a rotating direction of the mixing blade and a plane S passing through the center of the mixing shaft in a shaft direction, when plane B and plane S are parallel; and the mixing blade plane B is located at a more forward position in the rotating direction than the plane S. |
