titleOfInvention | Organic amine phosphate nonlinear optical crystal [C6H9N3O2][HPO4] |
abstract | The invention relates to a novel nonlinear optical crystal, 4-nitryl ortho-phenylene diamine phosphate, belonging to the field of optical and artificial lens materials. The nonlinear optical crystal has a molecular formula of [C6H9N3O2][HPO4] and belongs to the monoclinic system, wherein the space group is Pn, and the unit-cell parameters are as follows: a=4.7017(9), b=17.777(4), c=6.1954(12), alpha=gamma=90.000, beta=104.37(3), V=501.62(19). The crystal is colorless and transparent, and is so unstable in water as to dissolve out red C6H9N3O2. The preparation method of the crystal uses analytically pure 4-nitryl ortho-phenylene diamine and phosphoric acid of which the mol ratio is 1:5-10 as raw materials, uses anhydrous alcohol and distilled water of equal volume ratio as solvents, and comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the reactants at room temperature, thoroughly reacting, filtering, standing at room temperature, and growing a large-size single crystal by the slow evaporation of the solvents. The preparation method is simple, and the prepared material has favorable nonlinear optical performance. The crystal can be used in the nonlinear optical field, and enriches the research content of nonlinear optical materials. |
