titleOfInvention Seal type pipeline culture device of bait microalgae and microalgae pipeline culture method
abstract The invention relates to a seal type pipeline culture device of bait microalgae and a microalgae pipeline culture method. The device comprises a plurality of producing units, wherein each unit comprises an underground pipeline (14) and a plurality of vertical transparent pipelines which are connected in parallel; each transparent pipeline is communicated with the underground pipeline (14); the transparent pipeline comprises a barrel body (1), a barrel body upper end cover (21) and a barrel body flange (11); the barrel body upper end cover (21) is provided with a water inlet (9) and a feeding opening (8); and a lamp tube shell (4) is inserted into the barrel body (1), and the barrel body is provided with a cleaning valve steel pipe (3) and a cleaning valve (2). Meanwhile, the barrel body upper end cover (21) is also provided with an electromagnetic exhaust valve (20) and a through hole (21) which is communicated with an air inlet pipe (18). In the invention, processed animal excrement is used as a microalgae nutrient solution. The device has the advantages of high culture density, high stability and high risk resistant capacity and can realize the industrialized production of the bait microalgae.
