abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting humic acid liquid fertilizer with rich trace elements from sludge. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding nitric acid into the sludge, stirring for 3 hours, centrifugating, and collecting the extract E1; (2) adding sodium hydroxide to the residual precipitate in step (1), stirring to extract for 6 hours, centrifugating, and collecting the extract E2; (3) adding sodium hydroxide into the residual precipitate in step (2), stirring to extract for 6 hours, mechanically dehydrating under high pressure, and collecting the extract E3; and (4) and mixing E1 obtained in step (1) and E2 obtained in step (2), and concentrating the mixed solution to obtain the humic acid liquid fertilizer. The method not only can complete the further dehydration process of sludge so as to reduce the water content of sludge from about 80% to less than 40%, but also can effectively extract humic acid, trace elements and other necessary nutritional ingredients for plants from sludge. |
