titleOfInvention | Biosensor |
abstract | The invention provides a biosensor used for detecting content of analyte in sample and an application method thereof. The biosensor comprises an insulating base plate, a covering layer and a sample inlet; wherein an electrode system at least comprises a working electrode, a counter electrode and a third electrode, and reaction agent layer is covered on at least one electrode. The third electrode used for judging whether the detected sample quantity is enough or not is easier to approach the sample inlet than the counter electrode. The invention also provides comparison of current value measured between the working electrode and the counter electrode and the current value measured between the working electrode and the third electrode, and whether the quantity of the added sample is enough or not can be accurately judged. The invention has simple structure, and the content of analyte in sample can be detected more accurately. |
