abstract The invention discloses a herbicide for preventing and removing grassy weeds, broadleaf weeds and cyperaceae weeds in rice paddy fields, which is a binary herbicide mixture taking cinosulfuron and penoxsulam as active ingredients, and the weight ration of the cinosulfuron to the penoxsulam in the composition is (32:1)-(1:32), while (8:1)-(1:8) is preferential. The compound herbicide can be prepared into water dispersible granules, wettable powder, powder, granules, suspension and dispersible oil suspension. The herbicide can be used for preventing and removing the weeds in the rice paddy fields and has reasonable components, and the prevention effect is better than the activity when independently applying each component, thereby expanding the weed preventing and removing spectrum, reducing the preventing and removing cost, retarding the production of weed resistance, having good safety for crops and being in line with the requirements on the safety of pesticide preparations.
