titleOfInvention | Processing technology of polysulfonamide insulation paper |
abstract | The invention relates to a processing technology of polysulfonamide insulation paper, which comprises the preparation of fibrid pulp and the preparation of long fibered pulp, and then the polysulfonamide insulation paper is prepared by a paper making process and a hot pressed splicing process. The preparation of the fibrid pulp comprises the steps of: filtering a precipitant water solution; filter-pressing a polysulfonamides resin slurry; mixing in a precipitation machine with ratio of the inflow of the polysulfonamides resin slurry to the inflow of dimethylacetylamide to be 1:12-28; introducing the mixture into a centrifugal washer through a fibrid collecting tank; and eliminating water by centrifugation. The preparation of the long fibered pulp comprises the steps of: adding long fibers into a centrifugal washer; washing the long fibers repeatedly, and eliminating water by centrifugation. The paper making process comprises the steps of: pulping and beating the fibrid pulp, pulping the long fibered pulp, and blending the two pulps with 30-70% of the fibrid pulp and 30-70% of the long fibered pulp; introducing the blended pulp of fiber paper into a high-level box, a three-stage grit catcher, a stock tank, a pulp stabilizing box and a flow box in sequence; making paper by passing an inclined wire, pressing and drying; and splicing the paper by hot press. |
