Provided is a method for uniquely detecting G-quadruplex. The G-quadruplex detection method includes: (a) a process for preparing a solution containing anionic planar phthalocyanine, (b) a process for mixing the solution containing anionic planar phthalocyanine and a test solution, and (c) a process for measuring the degree of light absorption of 640 to 740 nm by the mixture after the process in (b). |
