abstract The present invention provides a bearing structure and a retainer of bearing, which ensures large length of a roller and prevents the increase of whole axial length of the bearing structure. According to the bearing structure of a first bearing to a third bearing (50,52,54) which are axially arranged, the first bearing to the third bearing (50,52,54) have a first roller to a third roller (72,74,76) and a first retainer to a third retainer (78,80,82). Furthermore portions of the first retainer and the second retainer (78,80) and the second retainer and the third retainer (80,82) of the adjacent first bearing and the second bearing (50,52) or the second bearing and the third bearing (52,54) are disposed so as to overlap each other (a second extrusion part (78B) and the first extrusion part (80A) or the second extrusion part (80B) and the first extrusion part (82A)) in a radial direction.
