titleOfInvention | Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology for pleuromutilin |
abstract | The invention relates to extraction technologies for microorganism-sourced compounds, in particular to a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology for pleuromutilin. The technology comprises the following steps: separating mycelium from pleuromutilin producing strain fully-fermented liquor, drying, smashing, screening, baking to obtain baked mycelium with total water content less than 5%for stand-by application, putting the baked mycelium in a supercritical extraction kettle to carry out supercritical carbon dioxide extraction under extraction pressure of 12-24Mpa and at extraction temperature of 35-55 DEG C and carbon dioxide flow rate of 25kg/h for 60-100min, and collecting extract to obtain the pleuromutilin. The technology has the advantages of stable and easy operation, short extraction time and low production cost and requires small amount of solvents; and moreover, the products has little impurities. |
