abstract |
This invention provides a process for producing a heat curing resin foamed plate, comprising ejecting a resin composition comprising a mixture of at least a heat curing resin, a foaming agent, and a curing agent onto a surface material and foaming and curing the coating. The resin composition is supplied from a plurality of inflow ports in a die through a plurality of divided flow passages into the inside of the die and is allowed to stay to combine the composition streams, and the combined resin composition is ejected from a die lip ejection port onto the surface material to form a plate-like coating. |
