abstract | The invention discloses a photocured adhesive for repairing micro cracks of automotive glass and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method mainly comprises: firstly, adding acrylic acid isobornyl ester, hydroxyethyl methacrylate and lauryl acrylate into a container and uniformly mixing the mixture; secondly, slowly adding pretreated nano silicon dioxide, stirring the mixture at the same time for preventing agglomeration till the nano silicon dioxide disperses completely and colorless transparent solution is formed; and finally, adding aliphatic polyester type polyurethane-acrylate, a pure acrylate oligomer, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1- phenyl-1-propyl ketone, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2,4,6-trimethyl benzoyldiphenyl phosphine oxide and 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane, and continuously stirring the mixture for 0.5 to 1 hour. The product of the invention is simple in use and high performance and tests show that the product of the invention has good repair effect on the micro cracks of the automotive glass. |
