abstract | The invention discloses a pyrazol-benzimidazoles derivative and application thereof. The pyrazol-benzimidazoles derivative has a structure shown as a formula (I). Pharmacological tests show that the derivative as a compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have an inhibitory action on the proliferation of multiple tumour cells, wherein an A ring is substituted or non-substituted pyrimidine or pyrazine; a substituting group is halogen, nitryl, cyano-group, sulfydryl or amino; R1 is alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio group, alkyl sulfonyl, thiophenyl, thiophenyl substituted by naphthenic base amide, phenoxy substituted by the naphthenic amide and acyl or ester group; R2 is hydrogen, the halogen or -NR3R4; and R4 or R3 is independently selected from the hydrogen, the alkyl and naphthenic base, or R4 and R3 are combined to form a substituted or non-substituted heterocyclic group, wherein the substituted group is the alkyl or hydroxyalkyl. |
