titleOfInvention Process for production of molded polyester resin article, crystallization inducer for use in the process, master batch, and molded polyester resin article
abstract Disclosed is a process for producing a crystallized molded polyester resin article, which is characterized by melt-injecting any one mixture (compound) selected from the following mixtures (a) and (b) in a mold, retaining the mixture in the mold, and cooling the mixture to thereby crystallize a polyester resin constituting the molded article without using any inorganic nucleating agent: (a) a mixture of a crystallization-inducible crosslinked polyester resin (A) having a crosslinked point formed at at least a part therein by using a crosslink-forming agent and a non-crosslinked polyester resin (C); and (b) a mixture of: a mixture (a crystallization-inducible master batch (M)) of the resin (A) and a non-crosslinked polyester resin (B) which contains the resin (A) in a larger quantity; and a non-crosslinked polyester resin (C). It becomes possible to provide a process for producing a crystallized molded polyester resin article which cannot be deteriorated in its transparency because any inorganic nucleating agent (a substance which can cause white turbidity in the molded article) is not used.
