The invention discloses a PCR kit for quickly testing brucella in a cow dung sample, relates to genetic testing technology for pathogen of zoonosis, and is suitable for qualitative detection of the brucella. The PCR kit consists of a standard positive template, PCR reaction liquid, a brucella BCSP 31 gene-specific primer and a negative quality control standard substance. The kit has the advantages of high detection speed, high specificity, high sensitivity, simple use, high repeatability and capability of replacing a conventional aetiological detection method. |
