Phenyl sulfonate compound, nonaqueous electrolyte solution using the same, and lithium battery |
abstract |
Disclosed are (1) a novel phenyl sulfonate compound, (2) a nonaqueous electrolyte solution obtained by dissolving an electrolyte in a nonaqueous solvent, wherein a phenyl sulfonate compound represented by the general formula (II) below is contained in an amount of 0.01-10% by mass relative to the nonaqueous electrolyte solution, and (3) a lithium battery containing such an electrolyte solution and having excellent low-temperature cycle characteristics. (II) In the formula, X1-X5 independently represent a fluorine atom or a hydrogen atom, with 1-4 of them being fluorine atoms; and R2 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, a linear or branched alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms wherein at least one hydrogen atom is substituted by a halogen atom, or an aryl group having 6-9 carbon atoms. |
