titleOfInvention Solid-solid separation device
abstract The invention discloses a solid-solid separation device, comprising: a shell, a funnel-shaped distributor and a water-feeding pipe. The upper part of the shell is provided with a material inlet from which a suspension is added and a first solid outlet for discharging a first solid having a slower sedimentation speed in the suspension, and the lower part of the shell is provided with a second solid outlet for discharging a second solid having a faster sedimentation speed; the funnel-shaped distributor is arranged in the shell, wherein the external peripheral edge of the top of the distributor is closely fixed on the inner wall of the shell, the distributor is lower than the first solid outlet and higher than the second solid outlet; and one end of the water feeding pipe is inserted in the shell, and the end inserted in the shell is lower than the distributor and higher than the second solid outlet. In the solid-solid separation device, a fluidized bed is formed in the shell by infusing water in the shell from the water-feeding tube so as to separate nickel hydroxide from calcium sulfate. The solid-solid separation device has the advantages of more complete separation, simple structure and lower cost.
