titleOfInvention | Toughened MC nylon blending material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a toughened MC nylon blending material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: completely thawing 100 parts of caprolactam at the temperature of 110 DEG C, heating to the temperature of 130 DEG C, and removing water through reduced pressure distillation; then adding 0.01-1 part of NaOH into a reaction kettle, removing the water again through vacuum distillation, heating to the temperature of 135-140 DEG C, adding 1-20 parts of polyethylene glycol oxide, continuing to remove the water through vacuum, dismounting the vacuum, rapidly adding 0.01-1 part of polyisocyanate, uniformly stirring, rapidly pouring into a mould which is preheated to the temperature of 160-170 DEG C, carrying out a polymerization reaction for 20-40 minutes, naturally cooling, then demoulding and carrying out heat processing at the temperature of 165 DEG C. |
