abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing 2-halogenated-1-(2-(2, 4-dimethylphenoxy) phenyl) ethanone as shown in a structural formula (I). The method is that 1-(2-(2, 4-dimethylphenoxy) phenyl) ethanone as shown in a formula (II) is used as a starting material and reacts with a halogenating reagent as shown in a structural formula (III) in certain solvent at 30-50 DEG C to obtain, wherein the used amount of the halogenating reagent is preferably selected to be 0.8-1.0 time of the used molar quantity of the compound (II). The compound can be used for preparing Abafungin, the reaction conversion rate is 95 percent, the purity is 85-90 percent and the obtained product can be directly used for synthesizing Abafungin without being purified. The pollution caused by the method is small, the operation is simple and convenient and the industrialized production can be realized. |
