The present invention provides a method for making a window covering, comprising: moving the first material; moving a second material along with the first material, the second material exposing at least a portion of the first material; providing a third material adjacent to the first and second materials; attaching a first portion of the third material to the second material; attaching a second portion of the third material to the exposed portion of the first material; wherein movement of the second material relative to the first material causes the first portion of the third material to move relative to the second portion. |
