| abstract |
This invention provides a method for fabricating a resin composition containing aqueous absorptive polymer. The fabricating method is used for forming a porons insulated coating with homogeneous subtle hollow holes and can be easily corresponding to the insulated wires with small diameter and thin walls. where a resin composition is doped with an aqueous absorptive polymer includes causing the aqueous absorptive polymer to absorb and be swollen by water beforehand, and milling and micro-particulating the water-absorbed and -swollen absorptive polymer at an ultrasonic flow pressure of not less than 50 MPa, and heating the resin composition containing aqueous absorptive polymer to remove the water content so as to form a porous mass after a solidifying process. |
