abstract | The invention relates to a 1-acetyl-N-phenyl-N-(3-(4-(3-phenyl-1-H-pyrazole-5-radical)piperidine-1-radical)propyl)-4-amide and a derivative thereof, wherein R1 represents -H, -F, -C1, -Br, -CH3, -CH2CH3, -OCH3, -NO2 or -CN; R2 represents -H, -CH3, -Cl, -NO2 or -CN; and R3 represents -CH3 or -CF3. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the compound, which comprises the steps of: synthesizing N-chlorinated alkyl substituted aniline by using substituted aniline and 1-bromine-3-chloropropane as raw materials; enabling the compound to react with N-acetyl-piperidine acyl chloride for preparing an intermediate of 1-acyl-N-(3-propyl chloride)-N-phenyl piperidine-4-amide; and reacting with 4-(3-substituted phenyl-1-hydrogen pyrazole-5-radical) piperidine for generating corresponding 1-acetyl-N-phenyl-N-(3-(4-(3-phenyl-1-hydrogen-pyrazole-5-radical) piperidine-1-radical) propyl)-4-amide. The compound is applied for preparing HIV-1 inhibitors. |
