abstract |
The present invention provides a photosensitive resin composition, which comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) 100 parts by mass of polyorganosiloxane, the polyorganosiloxane obtained by adding the following general formula ( 1) It is obtained by mixing at least one silanol compound shown in the following general formula (2), at least one alkoxysilane compound shown in the following general formula (2), and a catalyst, and polymerizing without actively adding water; (b) 1 ~ 50 mass parts of photopolymerization initiator; (c) 40 ~ 600 mass parts of fluorene compounds shown in the following general formula (3), the group in formula (3) is defined in the claims; and ( d) 20-300 mass parts of compounds other than (c) component which have 1 or 2 (meth)acryloyl groups in 1 molecule.
