abstract |
The present invention relates to medicines, in particular to finding and developing new medicines for treating pancreatic diabetes. The present invention is based on the development of more potent and less toxic drugs based on indole derivatives exhibiting antidiabetic, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, cholesterol-lowering activities and improving insulin resistance , and its structure is different from that of conventionally used compounds. The indole derivatives of the invention are also low toxic and well tolerated. |
