abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a chromatographic particle medium, in particular to a method for preparing a chromatographic particle by using two-step polymerization. The method comprises the steps of dissolving a medium monomer in a medium monomer mixture and a cross-linking agent in a liquid drop suspended in a continuous phase and polymerizing into a particle. The particle contains a large amount of cross-linking agents containing at least one unreacted free reaction group or like a double-bond free reaction group. The particle is suspended in a functional monomer solution, and the free reaction groups on the particle react with the functional monomers to form a chromatographic particle containing the functional monomers. |
