titleOfInvention | Use of cis-butenedioic anhydride compounds in preparation of botrytis resistant bactericides |
abstract | The invention provides the use of cis-butenedioic anhydride compounds in the preparation of botrytis resistant bactericides. In the invention, tautomycin, dimethylmaleic anhydride and diphenylmaleic anhydride have the highest bioactivities, and the EC50s of the tautomycin, the dimethylmaleic anhydride and the diphenylmaleic anhydride for the botrytiscinerea which is botrytis pathogenic bacteria are 14.89mu g/mL, 23.15mu g/mL and 66.36mu g/mL, respectively, and the MICs of the tautomycin, dimethylmaleic anhydride and diphenylmaleic anhydride are 125mu g/mL, 180mu g/mL and160 mu g/mL, respectively. The compounds have the highest bioactivies when the pH value is 4.5 or 5.0. Spore germination inhibition experiments and detached leaf efficacy tests show that the cis-butenedioic anhydride compounds has high botrytis prevention and treatment effects and therefore can be used in the development of novel botrytis resistant bactericides. |
