titleOfInvention Method for synthesizing 4-substituted-3-chlorine-2-carbostyril
abstract The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 4-substituted-3-chlorine-2-carbostyril which is a compound shown as the general formula I. In the method, 2-Chloro-2-ethyl acid phosphate and a compound shown as the formula II are used as starting raw materials; a compound shown as the formula III can be prepared firstly by acylation reaction; and finally the compound shown as the formula I is obtained by intramolecular Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction. The invention has the advantages of strong generality, simple operation, moderate reaction condition, high product yield, cheap and easily obtained raw materials and bright application prospects.
