titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing composite hop |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of a method for manufacturing a composite hop. The composite hop is prepared from five natural and characteristic hops comprising SAAZ, SLADEK, PREMIANT, AGNUS and SAAZ polyphenol granular hops which are compounded in proportion; and the composite hop is added at a wort boiling stage and can replace single hops and hop products. Various hop components of the composite hop are comparatively balanced so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the beer and enhance the oxidation resistance and flavor of the beer; and because of high content of polyphenol, the clarity of the beer can be increased, the dependence on chemically synthesized hop products can be reduced, and natural, green and healthy beer can be produced. |
