abstract | The invention discloses a prodrug containing sterides structures, which is characterized by having the structure of D1-R-D2 or D1-L1-R-D2 or D1-L1-R-L2-D2 or D1-L1-R-R'-D2 or D1-L1-R-R'-L2-D2 and satisfying the conditions that (1) D1 and D2 are medicine groups; (2) R and R' are sterides structures; (3) L1 and L2 are selected from inorganic acyl, fat groups with the length of 2-7 carbon atoms, and hydrophilic groups. The invention also discloses a highly-dispersed transfer system prepared from the prodrug containing sterides structures and is selected from liposome, nonionic surfactant vesicles, nano particles, micro emulsion or self-assembly transfer systems. |
