abstract The invention relates to 2-substituted methyl-3-phenyl-acrylic ester compounds with fungicidal activities, comprising the following general formula: R1 is selected from H and alkyl groups of C1-C4; and R2 and R3 are selected from C1, methoxyl group and methyl. A compound 1 and PBr3 are added into solvent according to the ratio, stirred for 1 hour at room temperature and processed to obtain a compound 2; the solvent can be selected from chloroform, methylene dichloride, carbon tetrachloride, hexane, benzene, toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone, DMF, THF or dioxane; the compound 2 and the compound 3 are mixed and dissolved into the solvent, the temperature of the mixture is controlled at around 70 DEG C, and the mixture reacts for 3-5 hours at around 70 DEG C and processed to obtain a target product; and the solvent is selected from chloroform, methylene dichloride, carbon tetrachloride, hexane, benzene, toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone, DMF, THF or dioxane. The compounds have simple structure and high activity on cucumber downy mildew.
